Background: About 15% of male infertility is due to genital tract infection and inflammation, some them have no clinical symptoms, but manifested as leukocytospermia (LCS). Leukopenia will lead functional impairment sperm integrity damage morphology. A large amount reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by leukocytes can nuclear DNA.
